The CVRWQCB issued a directive dated January 10, 2023 and concurred with RDM's <br />recommendation for case closure and directed RDM to prepare a Fact Sheet for public <br />notification. The public comment period was from February 20, 2023 to April 21, 2023, and no <br />public comments were submitted. Based on this, the CVRWQCB issued its April 25, 2023 <br />directive instructing Huntbrook to prepare a work plan for destruction of Site's monitoring and <br />remediation wells, and properly destroy them. <br />
