13. BLAST REPORTS <br />Individual blast reports shall be prepared for each blast. Blast reports shall include the following: <br />13.1. Blast date, time, and location.]. <br />13.2. Blast geometry, including, but not limited to, hole size(s), hole depths, drill pattern, number of <br />holes, bench height, and sub -drilling. <br />13.3. Blasthole loading summaries, including typical hole loads, explosive types, primers, detonator <br />delays, stemming type and quantity, and total explosive consumption by product. <br />13.4. Shot volume and powder factor calculations. <br />13.5. Initiation timing scheme, including in-hole delays, surface delays, and planned hole firing <br />times. <br />13.6. Blast effect monitoring data (if applicable), such as ground vibration levels, air overpressure, <br />and peak water pressures [IF APPLICABLE]. <br />13.7. Notes about blast results, unusual conditions, occurrences, or special precautions. <br />13.8. Name and signature of the blaster -in -charge. <br />Page 10 <br />
