A copy the CVRWQCB's closure directive is in included in RDM's work <br /> plan that is included in this email. Copies of right-of-entry agreement are included with the well <br /> destruction applications for the properties not owned by our client. <br /> RDM paid the fees on-line for all the applications ($2,028) and plan check($468).The total fees paid <br /> online were $2,496. I've attached a copy of the payment receipt. The following is a breakdown of the fees <br /> paid: <br /> • Plan Check-$468 <br /> • 3138 E Main St Permit Application - $780 (5 wells max @$156/well) <br /> • 3139 E Main St Permit Application - $312 (2 wells @$156/well) <br /> • 3130 E Main St Permit Application - $156 (1 well @ $156/well) <br /> • 3200 E Main St Permit Application - $156 (1 well @ $156/well) <br /> • City of Stockton Right-of-Way Permit Application -$624 (4 wells max @$156/well) <br /> RDM submitted the encroachment permit application for monitoring wells MW-5, MW-513, MW-10 and <br /> MW-11 to the City of Stockton on May 3, 2023 and currently awaiting the permit. A copy of the permit will <br /> be submitted to San Joaquin Co EHD as soon as we receive it. <br /> The well destructions are currently scheduled to begin on June 5, 2023 so your expedient review of the <br /> these permit applications is greatly appreciated.
