CERS has <br /> not been updated and incorrectly lists outdated information for the owner/operator. <br /> OBSERVATION 2: The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Underground Storage Tank <br /> Account Number provided in CERS is a closed account. During the inspection, Manager Kelli Flesher stated the account <br /> number submitted belonged to the previous owner and CERS has not been updated with the new owners account <br /> number. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: For observation 1, Any change of information must be updated in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)within 30 days of the changes. For observation 2, the application for a permit to <br /> operate an underground storage tank shall include the CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in <br /> accordance with HSC 25286. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 4 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(4) and (b), 2650(a), (c), and (e) 2011012 - Facility has submitted and maintains a monitoring site <br /> plan <br /> OBSERVATION: The Monitoring Site Plan (map)does not meet the 2026 requirements—it must be to scale and include <br /> each vacuum, pressure, and/or hydrostatic interstitial monitoring zone. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Owners or operators must submit a monitoring site plan for approval by the Unified Program <br /> Agency.
