I would like to request an <br /> expedited turnaround on the permit for APN 213-11-003 if possible.The driller is hoping to get some work done while <br /> rain hasn't made surface conditions a mess. I recall from past communications that the charge is marked up 100%for <br /> that. The check I dropped off should cover that and the fees for APN 213-11-004 as well.After the initial fees are paid, <br /> including the markup for an expedited review,the extra should remain with the permits.We will likely use all of the <br /> remainder for inspections of the seals.
