I'm getting back from leave and catching up on emails. I also saw Lynsey's <br /> ' email regarding the 2024 inspection and will respond to that separately. <br /> OBSERVATION:An overfill prevention equipment inspection was performed on 8/28/24 and a test report was submitted <br /> on 10/2/24,5 days late. <br /> This is a duplicate violation which was addressed last year. See email to Lynsey from 12/12/24: "Corrected with <br /> submittal of test report. Requested that tester submit future test reports on time." <br /> OBSERVATION: Rubber seals were found to be torn, cracked, and sections were missing from the lids of the 91 <br /> and diesel STP sumps. <br /> Pending update/repairs by local maintenance provider. <br /> 3 <br />
