March Ln., Stockton, CA 95219 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a minor plan check permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) <br /> system at the above noted address: <br /> • Replace electrical penetrations in under dispenser containment sump (UDC) 3/4 <br /> • Adjust/tighten the 91 product piping connection UDC 1/2 and 7/8 <br /> The minor plan check permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire authority having jurisdiction, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, and the local community development department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br /> the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for written approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a),sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 72-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Integrity testing of UDCs 1/2, 3/4, and 7/8 , in accordance with manufacturer <br /> specifications. <br /> 4. Any individual performing UST system installation or repairs, excluding release detection <br /> equipment, must: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses all applicable licenses and <br /> certifications required by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB); and <br /> b. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present <br /> at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current UST <br /> Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC); and <br /> c. Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being installed or repaired. <br /> 1868 E.
