Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br /> the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a'-).slgov.orq for the following repairs and testing (a 72-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br /> UDCs. <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br /> c. Release detection equipment functionality: Verification of functionality of the release <br /> detection equipment, including all sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring has <br /> been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7. **A copy of the alarm history shall be <br /> printed prior to removing the current monitoring panel and made available at the <br /> time of EHD inspection. <br /> 4.
