In a <br /> letter dated 23 May 2017, Central Valley Water Board staff requested the submittal of a Site <br /> Assessment Report by 25 August 2017. Central Valley Water Board staff requests that you <br /> postpone submitting the Site Assessment Report and that you submit a single Site Assessment <br /> and Remedial Well Installation Report by 29 September 2017. The combined report should <br /> summarize the completion of both the scope of work concurred with in the 23 May 2017 letter, <br /> and the installation of the proposed remedial wells. In the requested report, please provide any <br /> information requested in the 23 May 2017 letter, as well as a schedule for completion of the <br /> installation of the SVE/AS systems and the associated conveyance piping. <br /> In summary, Central Valley Water Board Staff request the following: <br /> • By 29 September 2017, please submit a Site Assessment and Remedial Well <br /> Installation Report to include: <br /> o Details of completion of the scope of work as discussed in the 23 May 2017 <br /> letter. <br /> o Details of the installation of six (6) AS wells. <br /> o A completion schedule for installation of the remedial systems and associated <br /> conveyance piping. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns regarding comments in this letter please contact the <br /> undersigned at (916) 464-4615 or by email at alan.buehier@waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> �sSION'44 <br /> ° c� <br /> Alan M.
