The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOP N SHOP as of April 20, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 03, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#8-2010016-"Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form" <br /> submitted(TCR 10). <br /> OBSERVATION: The annual operating permit is not issued to the current operator and there is no written agreement <br /> between the person who was issued the permit and the operator to monitor the UST system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If a permit is issued to a person other than the operator of the tank,that person shall enter <br /> into a written agreement with the operator of the tank to monitor the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately upload the written agreement to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#52-2030036-Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill <br /> requirements(TCR 9b). <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was required to be conducted by 10/13/2018 and was performed 30 months <br /> late on 4/1/2021. Testing was next due by October 2021 was completed on 5/3/2024 which is 31 months late for the <br /> October 2021 test due date. Testing was next due in October 2024 and has not been conducted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 13 <br />
