The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOP N SHOP as of April 20, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 03, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5-2030041 -A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted.The following elements were missing:-no <br /> monitoring panel-no annular sensor indicated-floats&chains not on map for UDCs-no Line Leak Detector <br /> indicated <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. <br /> The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if <br /> installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank <br /> annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring <br /> vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices <br /> monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary <br /> containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#7-2010003-Owner/Operator submitted DO form and/or informed the CUPA of any change(s) <br /> within 30 days(TCR 10). <br /> OBSERVATION: a"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form" has not been submitted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner or operator shall submit a"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator <br /> Identification Form"no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST operator(s). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility <br /> Page 2 of 13 <br />
