The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for STOP N SHOP as of April 20, 2026. Open violations from June 03, 2025 inspection ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#5-2030041 -A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted.The following elements were missing:-no monitoring panel-no annular sensor indicated-floats&chains not on map for UDCs-no Line Leak Detector indicated REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#7-2010003-Owner/Operator submitted DO form and/or informed the CUPA of any change(s) within 30 days(TCR 10). OBSERVATION: a"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form" has not been submitted. REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner or operator shall submit a"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form"no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST operator(s). CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility Page 2 of 13
