The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOP N SHOP as of April 20, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 03, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#2-2010010-Complete and accurate UST Operating Permit Application has been submitted.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The UST Facility Operating Permit Application is lacking the California Department of Tax and Fee <br /> Administration (CDTFA)Underground Storage Tank Account Number. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the <br /> CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3-2010013-Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current,the regular unleaded Mechanical Line Leak Detector(MLLD) <br /> model is shown as"99 LD200".The current MLLD is"99 LD2000". <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#4-2010014-Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Response Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The response plan is not approved by the EHD. The Hazardous Materials Business Plan: Emergency <br /> Response Contingency Plan was submitted as the UST Response Plan,which does not meet the requirements of the <br /> UST Response Plan. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Page 1 of 13 <br />
