The site map was missing the following elements: <br /> -north orientation <br /> -adjacent streets <br /> -entry/exit points <br /> -hazardous materials storage/handling areas <br /> -loading areas <br /> -emergency response equipment <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.An updated map was uploaded into CERS during the inspection. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 12 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010-Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br /> release/threatened release of hazmat. <br /> OBSERVATION:The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate. The ER procedures were <br /> missing the following: <br /> -Section H.
