(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br /> harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C)Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br /> notice,for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br /> available for a minimum of three years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HMBP Inspection. <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 5 violation(s)during the <br /> inspection, 3 were corrected on site. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 1, 2025 <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
