<br /> OBSERVATION:The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing access and
<br /> exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment
<br /> (spill kits,fire extinguishers, safety shower/eye wash stations), and, loading areas, internal roads, and emergency/
<br /> utilities shutoffs for diesel, natural gas,water electrical, and any bulk chemical tanks.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points,
<br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if
<br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map
<br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is (Minor)Violation.
<br /> Overall Inspection Comments:
<br /> Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 3
<br /> violations found during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form
<br /> to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation,
<br /> and any supporting paperwork, by 4/4/2025.
<br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of
<br /> having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
