That violation was issued on June 23, 2017, and I can see <br /> on CERS that the same person, Lucina Lopez, was listed as the environmental contact for this facility <br /> starting with the Jan 1, 2017 submittal all the way through the Jan 15, 2020 submittal-which spans the <br /> change in ownership. Does that make a difference from your <br /> perspective and also does that affect a potential fine? <br /> The legal entity name in CERS is still correct showing it as Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC (Tesoro) <br /> because Tesoro Logistics is indeed part of Marathon Petroleum Corporation. We made no changes to all <br /> the air permits and CERS/CUPA permits (and facility ID's, etc) across California because the legal entity <br /> name remained unchanged but there was an ownership change to fall under MPC in 2018. <br /> 2 <br />
