I wanted to check back to see if <br /> 1) You've had an opportunity amongst yourselves to consider rescinding the violation aspect of the <br /> inventory entry that exists for the nitrogen gas cylinders? The existing combined entry for nitrogen <br /> and nitrogen calibration gas already notes their minor distinction and identifies both locations <br /> onsite (warehouse and VRU). In my opinion, there is no omission of information. If you'd prefer <br /> them to be listed separately I can go into CERS and make that change, but is it possible to <br /> consider that to be a recommendation rather than a violation? <br /> 2) Also, do you have any information I can share with my management about the "repeat" aspect of <br /> the Notice of Violation (NOV)for the eyewash bottles on the map? I searched our inspection and <br /> violation database going back only as far as 2020 and could not locate any prior violations with <br /> your agency. Marathon's management system/tracking database classifies repeat violations very <br /> seriously.
