STOP this <br />practice immediately. Start using approved sanitizer ( Chlorine or QUAT) to sanitize food contact surfaces. Correct today. <br />Facility has bleach. I coach person in charge how to set up the sanitizing solution with 100 ppm. And 2 buckets are set up <br />(one for the back pizza prep area and one for the front counter). CORRECTED ON SITE. <br />3 comp sink compartments and drain boards have some build up. Clean sink compartments and drain boards.
