The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for METAL <br />FINISHING SOLUTIONS - STOCKTON CA as of April 06, 2026. <br />Open violations from November 04, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION 1: The hazardous waste treatment system written inspection records using the Hazardous Waste <br />Tank System Daily Inspection Log for the tanks in the wastewater treatment area do not meet the requirements of this <br />section. <br />-On February 1st and 2nd of 2024 the question "Is secondary containment free of waste and liquid?" is marked "No". <br />No comments regarding the source of the liquid or any follow-up action were documented. <br />-The log for May 8th through May 10th, 2024, are marked "NA". However, the maintenance checklists were completed <br />for these days. No explanation for why the tank system inspections were not completed on these days was <br />documented. <br />-The April 2025 log includes a note that reads "pipe broke waiting on parts". Liquid in the secondary containment, <br />system corrosion/damage, compromised condition of pipes, valves or pumps were noted on the same days. No follow <br />up corrective action was documented. <br />-The July 2025 log is marked "No" for the question "Is secondary containment free of waste and liquid?" on the 30th <br />and 31st. No comments regarding the source of the liquid or any follow up action was documented. <br />-The October 2025 log includes a comment "10/1/25 lift station pump broke flooding secondary containment by the <br />line". System corrosion/damage and compromised condition of pipes, valves or pumps for the 1st through the 3rd was <br />noted in the log. Liquid in the secondary containment was noted from the 1st through the 16th. No explanation of how <br />liquid continued to enter the secondary containment after the other compliance issues were resolved was <br />documented.
