Air <br /> hissing, water or sludge corning out aknywhere that it ahouIdn°t be <br /> 2. Are the valves turned to the right position to run the press' <br /> 3. Is the air compressor working and running' <br /> 4. Is there plenty of oil in the hydraulic tank to run the ram to close the plates? <br /> S. How are the press bins? Is there water in them, are the bolts that hold the forks <br /> attachment good, does the release pin pull out freely? <br /> 6. Any questions on this part? <br /> Topic 2 (Operations of the filter press) <br /> 1. Before shutting the press are your plates lined up? Are they in the correct <br /> order 1 dot then 3 dots and so on? <br /> 2. When you close the press to start a press make sure no one is around it. Once <br /> closed you can start the process. <br /> 3. turn on the press once you've made sure you're good to go. <br /> 4. Make sure it is working properly not just running through the cycles. <br /> 5. Now just go about your day and check it periodically to make sure it's running <br /> and nothing has blown out. <br /> S. Once It's done make sure your valves are in the right position for a core blow <br /> and start your core blow and air blow. <br /> 7. When the care blow and air blow are done go ahead and open the press. <br /> 8. Put your proper PPE on and start cleaning the press. <br /> Topic 3 (Disposal of the press bins) <br /> t.
