For nonpermanent food facilities that handle nonprepackaged foods, there is no potable water and/or no wastewater tank and there are no temporary water and wastewater connections. (§114205) 2. Materials used for the tanks are not safe, durable, corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface. (§114207) 3.
