<br />OBSERVATIONS: Chlorine sanitizing test strips were lacking at the facility. Obtain chlorine sanitizing test strips to ensure the
<br />sanitizing solution has a concentration of chlorine 100 - 200 Parts Per Million (PPM) for proper sanitizing of all food contact
<br />surfaces and warewashing. Correct within seven days.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed the clean baking pans are stored immediately adjacent to the prep sink without a splash guard.
<br />Install a splashguard six inches in height from front edge to back edge to prevent contamination of the baking pans or store in an
<br />alternate location away from the prep sink. Correct within 30 days.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed the door to the restroom is lacking a self-closing device. Install device within two weeks.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a
<br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet
<br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in
