Obtain sanitizing test strips to ensure the sanitizing solution <br />has a concentration of chlorine 100 - 200 Parts Per Million (PPM) for proper sanitization of all ice scoops, ice scoop containers, <br />fountain drink nozzles, and other food contact surfaces and equipment. Use only commercial grade pest control <br />products safe for food service facilities.
