Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br />potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. <br />#33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Right side hood filter plates have grease accumulation. Clean filter plates before operating. <br />Walk-in cooler storage shelves showing rust. Repair/replace shelves before operating. <br />I observe some mold on the ice maker deflector plate. Clean and sanitize deflector plate before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines.
