Fix plumbing issue before operating. <br />Mop sink by restrooms has a broken hot water knob. Repair/replace water faucet before operating. <br />Floor sink, draining small bar hand sink and the waitress station soda machine, is totally blocked by the soda machine unit. <br />Relocate soda machine for full access accessibility of the floor sink. Correct before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as <br />required by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local <br />plumbing ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good <br />repair. Any hose used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other <br />purpose. Provide approved <br />proper coved base (Slim foot tiles) at these areas before operating. <br />The small bar has rubber coved base, behind ice bin, top load cooler and hand sink. Provide proper coved base (Slim Foot tiles) <br />in these area before operating. <br />The areas, behind prep line cold and hot hold units, are lacking proper coved base. Provide approved coved base (Schluter) in <br />these areas before operating. <br />Floor of the walking cooler is dirty. Clean the floor before operating. <br />Wall behind the cooking equipment at the right side hood , has splatter. Clean wall before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br />original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
