FACILITY DOES CLEAN OR REPLACE SHELVING. (C)WENT TO FACILITY ON <br /> 10/22 @ 3:OOPM, ATE CLAM CHOWDER,AND FELT NAUSEOUS THE NEXT DAY WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITTING AND <br /> COLD-SWEATS. (C)WENT TO DOCTOR ON 10/23.
