This approval does not supersede or <br /> waive any applicable provision of law, regulation, code, standard, or manufacturer specification. The <br /> applicant remains responsible for ensuring all work is completed in full compliance with all applicable <br /> laws, regulations, and requirements. <br /> OTHER AGENCY PERMITS: <br /> 1. Contact the local Fire Authority Having Jurisdiction, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, and the local building or community development departments for any applicable permits <br /> and requirements. <br /> CHANGES TO APPROVED WORK PLAN: <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and the <br /> attached packet must be submitted to the EHD for written approval prior to commencing work. <br /> This includes changes in contractor, equipment, system layout, etc. All new addenda supersede <br /> any previous ones. <br /> REQUIRED INSPECTIONS: <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(d_)s'gov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. All <br /> appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. <br /> a. Release detection equipment must be tested upon installation and at least once every 12 <br /> months for operating condition, programming, and calibration by a properly qualified <br /> service technician. Testing of continuous vacuum, pressure, or hydrostatic interstitial <br /> release detection systems for piping must include verification of continuity to the extent <br /> practical as approved by EHD.
