Second St Suite G <br />Benicia, CA 94510 <br />On 06/09/2026 inspection below Maria Lopez of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) performed an Underground Storage Tank Program inspection at the above referenced <br />site. <br />An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into <br />compliance. This information was required to be submitted 30 days after receiving the inspection report. <br />This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br />The outstanding violations are itemized on the following pages and may include violations from past <br />inspections. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD <br />with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, <br />and any supporting paperwork. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, <br />is billed at the current hourly rate ($179).
