The following is an itemized list of Underground Storage Tank Program violations that <br />have not been addressed for fast and easy mart #103 as of August 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from June 09, 2026 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to have a properly qualified service technician test leak detection equipment <br />every 12 months. <br /> <br />- The Diesel Line Leak Detector has not been tested every 12 months, it was last tested on 5/22/2025 and is now 1 <br />month late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The line leak detector test is required once every 12 months. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule the required testing and provide 72 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Open violations from May 06, 2026 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to properly install, calibrate, operate and/or maintain leak detection equipment <br />in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. <br />- The Diesel LLD was unable to be tested due to electrical issues according to service technician Zane Nimmo. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: "Failure of the release detection equipment to be installed, calibrated, operated, or <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Properly install, calibrate, operate and/or maintain leak detection equipment in accordance <br />with manufacturer's specifications.
