In lieu of a maintenance agreement, a one-time fee based upon total cubic yards permitted for excavation shall be paid for road maintenance purposes. 10) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of grading permit. 11) This project is subject to the NPDES Region-Wide Permit requirements and shall comply with the following conditions. Prior to release of the grading permit, plans and calculations shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department—Water Resources Division (209-468-3605): a) Treatment: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to treat the 85th percentile storm as defined in the County's 2021 Storm Water Quality Control Criteria Plan (SWQCCP). b) Hydromodification: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply with the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County's 2021 SWQCCP. c) Trash: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply with the trash control requirement outlined in the County's 2021 SWQCCP.
