-3- <br /> PA-2200143 (SA) <br /> 12) Prior to release of the grading permit, the owner shall enter into an agreement with San <br /> Joaquin County for post-construction maintenance of stormwater quality facilities. <br /> 13) Prior to release of the grading permit the applicant shall submit the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Public Works. A copy of the approved SWPPP and all <br /> required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained on the <br /> construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> 14) Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number <br /> (WDID), issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works prior to release of the <br /> grading permit. Contact the SWRCB at (916) 341-5537 for further information. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Wastewater shall not be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br /> (ii.) The project will enact appropriate source control BMPs to prevent the discharge of <br /> trash offsite. <br /> CH:DS <br />
