We have not <br /> yet received the revised plan from the contractor, but we are actively following up and expect to have it <br /> uploaded into CERS by 05/17/2026, as requested. If there is any change in the date I will notify you <br /> immediately. <br /> Violation#9- Leak Detection Equipment Testing(Every 12 Months) Eco-Chek has updated the testing <br /> schedule so that the next annual test is set for September 2026. Moving forward, this month will remain <br /> Locked in to ensure consistent annual compliance. <br /> Violation#10-2030074-Monitoring System Certification Form to CUPA Within 30 Days Eco-Chek <br /> has submitted the required monitoring system testing documentation into CERS for the test completed <br /> on 10/09/2024. <br /> > <br />
