Violation#13-2010017-Spill Bucket Testing Results Submitted to CUPA Eco-Chek has uploaded <br /> the requested spill bucket testing documentation into CERS for the test completed on 10/09/2024. <br /> Violation#56-2030013-Designated Operator(DO) Inspections Every 30 Days Our Designated <br /> Operator has been instructed to review all testing and maintenance documentation during each monthly <br /> inspection and to properly record these items on the DO Inspection Report to ensure complete and <br /> accurate documentation. <br /> Violation#77-Facility Corrections Within 30 Days of Receipt As the owner/operator, I will ensure that <br /> I contact Eco-Chek—our testing and CERS compliance contractor—immediately upon receiving any <br /> future violations so that corrective actions can be addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. <br /> Violation#3-Complete and Accurate UST Monitoring Plan Eco-Chek has uploaded an updated and <br /> complete UST Monitoring Plan into CERS. <br /> We appreciate your partnership and remain committed to maintaining full compliance at all times.
