Therefore,the project will not create a nuisance. <br /> 6. The site of the proposed use is adequately served by highways, streets, water, storm drainage, and <br /> other public facilities and services. <br /> • This finding can be-made because the project has direct access to North State Route 99 <br /> East Frontage Road, a County maintained road. Adequate utilities,sanitation, and drainage <br /> will be provided with onsite services as is permitted. <br /> 7. The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions-of this Title. <br /> • This finding can be made because the subject property is zoned_C-G (General Commercial) <br /> and the proposed use,Signs—Off-Premises,is an allowed use with a conditionally approved <br /> Administrative Use Permit.
