Owner John Lakso stated the facility ceased operating three years ago. Used oil <br /> and waste filters from the business were observed on site. John stated they have been there since the business <br /> ceased operation. The only other chemicals on site are for personal use for the residence located on the property. <br /> Inactivation of the Hazardous Waste permit is pending removal of the waste. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by July 4, 2026. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
