The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for FLAG CITY TRUCK SERVICE as of April 21, 2026. <br />Open violations from June 19, 2025 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #65 - 3030031 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br />fire/explosion/release. <br />OBSERVATION: The area underneath the Oil filter crusher has absorbent material spread around on the ground. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the area underneath the Oil filter crusher. Manage the waste according to <br />Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
