SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 88 MARKET& GRILL 121850 E LIBERTY RD, CLEMENTS I May 7, 2026 <br /> 56 22 CCR 12 66262.16(b)(6)(A) 3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel nozzle at dispenser 1 was observed with a thick layer of oily residue built up, drips of fuel <br /> were observed hanging from the bottom of the nozzle, and staining was observed on the ground under the nozzle. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately fix the nozzle leak and clean stains. Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br /> on May 29, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by June 28, 2026. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
