There were 2 violations found during the <br />inspection. The 2 violations have been corrected. The business started operations on 2/1/2025 and made an update <br />in CERS on 5/28/2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
