The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PARK ST PETROLEUM INC as of February 24, 2026. <br /> Open violations from May 27, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> 0 Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: RESULTS SENT 7/29/24-SJC Weblink Verification attached. <br /> ease remove this trom the violation <br /> Violation#30-2060015-Leak detection equipment located so leak is detected at the earliest possible <br /> opportunity(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following sensors were not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity: <br /> - The 87 unleaded STP sump sensor was raised approximately 12 inches off the lowest point of the sump with <br /> approximately 20 gallons of liquid inside the sump. <br /> - The#9/10 UDC 001 sensor was raised approximately 8 inches off the lowest point of the under dispenser container <br /> with 1 approximately gallon of liquid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. Ensure <br /> that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> C11 This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Corrected on site at time of inspection <br /> Violation#53-2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial Responsibility/mech of financial <br /> assurance(TCR 11). <br /> OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
