The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PARK ST PETROLEUM INC as of February 24, 2026. <br /> Open violations from May 27, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#10-2030074-Annual Monitoring System Certification Form to the CUPA within 30 days of <br /> completion of the test. <br /> OBSERVATION:A monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 5/29/2024.
