The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PARK ST PETROLEUM INC as of February 24, 2026. <br /> Open violations from May 27, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#4-2010014-Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Response Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The response plan that was on <br /> site for for the previous business owner Stockton Mobil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑'I"ZThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: CERS UPDATED <br /> Violation#5-2030041 -A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted.The site map was missing the following: <br /> -devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; <br /> -devices monitoring product piping; <br /> -devices monitoring fill piping; <br /> -devices monitoring vent piping; <br /> -devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; <br /> -line leak detectors; and <br /> -devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. <br /> The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if <br /> installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes(if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank <br /> annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring <br /> vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices <br /> monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary <br /> containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> 4 This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Cers updated <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
