The FAA may take up to 45 days to review the permit documents. <br /> HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> A health and safety plan (HASP) will be prepared prior to beginning the proposed GCCS <br /> construction and improvements. The HASP describes potential hazards and outlines site-specific <br /> protection, personnel training and preparedness, environmental monitoring and record keeping <br /> provisions. <br /> REPORTING <br /> An SVE-11 Construction Report(Report) including drilling activities and well installation details, <br /> as well as pipe installation activities will be prepared for submittal to Forward. Boring logs and <br /> well]completion diagrams will be submitted as part of the Report.
