The required action to comply with the WDR is to "submit <br /> a revised cost estimate for initiating and completing corrective actions of all known or reasonably foreseeable <br /> releases. The revised cost estimate must consider future costs to clean up the groundwater north of the [former] <br /> Austin Road Unit and other potential releases from the expanding landfill footprint." <br /> Arcadis, U.S., Inc (Arcadis) performed a financial assurance review of corrective actions for Forward, Inc, which was <br /> last completed by Geo-Logic Associates in 2014.
