DTSC <br /> conditionally approves the RAP contingent upon addressing the CVRWQCB comments <br /> in the Remedial Action Implementation Plan (RDIP). Please note that the CVRWQCB <br /> conditionally approved the RAP in a letter dated June 22, 2023, contingent upon <br /> addressing comments in the RDIP. <br /> DTSC held a public comments period on RAP for Site 47 from August 10, 2023 — <br /> September 12, 2023. A public virtual meeting was held on August 30, 2023, from <br /> 6.00 p.m. — 8.00 p.m. to address the public's concerns. The RAP was available for <br /> public review at DTSC' EnviroStor website, the Cesar Chavez Central Library in <br /> Stockton, Port of Stockton at 2201 W. Washington Street, Stockton, and DTSC <br /> Sacramento Office at 8800 Cal Center Drive in Sacramento.
