Annual reports will support the five-year reviews to evaluate the remedy's protectiveness. The <br /> five-year reviews are required because the remedy would leave contamination in place that does <br /> not allow for unrestricted use and unlimited exposure. Each five-year review will be conducted <br /> consistent with USEPA's Comprehensive Five-Year Review Guidance (USEPA, 2001), as <br /> supplemented or amended.
