Make sure to sign off samples to <br /> Sample packaging and shipment receiver on chain of custody. Consider estimated delivery time frames and third <br /> party delivery service shipping requirements that need to be followed(to avoid <br /> leaking coolers) <br /> Take the time to note the log-in requirements for laboratory sample receiving <br /> Failure to meet sample log-in requirements established by laboratory or and for each analytical method and assure that each requirement can be met; <br /> analytical method including, holding/handling times,cooler temperature,chain of custody <br /> documentation completion,etc. <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
