KLE/NFELOER (�H e a l t h& <br /> Safety <br /> Procedure HSP-3-02 Version 11 <br /> GENERAL SAFETY Number: Number: <br /> PROCEDURES Published 6/15/2018 Revised 3/12/2019 <br /> Date: Date: <br /> 3-02.1 Scope and Applicability <br /> All employees working at a Kleinfelder location or job site with the requirements <br /> and work practices outlines in this Section. <br /> This Section consists of general safety rules that may not have been discussed in <br /> other Sections of this Health and Safety Program Manual. <br /> 3-02.2 Goals and Objectives <br /> The goal of this program is to safely manage employee exposure to conditions that <br /> create hazardous work environments. <br /> The objectives of this program include: <br /> • Create an awareness of potential hazardous conditions and/or circumstances <br /> associated with all work environments. <br /> • Facilitate site-specific assessment and evaluation of possible existing hazards <br /> or concerns. <br /> • Promote corrective actions to address hazards and minimize risks. <br /> 3-02.3 Responsibilities <br /> 3-02.3.1 Corporate Health and Safety Staff, Health and <br /> Safety Manger (HSM), <br /> 3-02.3.1.1 Area Safety Rep or Site Safety Officer (if applicable) <br /> Provide adequate guidance, training, project audits, technical review, project <br /> consultation and related safety program management support to help Operations <br /> Management implement the requirements of this Section. Revise the requirements <br /> of this Section as required to promote a safe working environment. <br /> 3-02.3.2 Operations Management <br /> Provide adequate resources, employee training, supervision, technical review and <br /> related support to implement the requirements of this Section.
