(KLE//VFELOER <br /> Bright People,Bight Solutions. <br /> 1 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Work Plan for 303 N. El Dorado Street (Work Plan) has been <br /> prepared by Kleinfelder, Inc. (Kleinfelder)on behalf of the City of Stockton (City/Client)to assess potential <br /> soil and groundwater contamination at the property at 303 North El Dorado Street,Stockton,San Joaquin <br /> County, California (Site). The ESA Work Plan is a condition for permit approval by San Joaquin County, <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD) Site Mitigation Unit. <br /> The proposed ESA will be conducted prior to purchase of the Site from Wells Fargo Bank. The results of <br /> this assessment will be used to evaluate if the Site is impacted from historical activity. <br /> The approximately 1.41-acre Site includes the entirety of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 139-080-03, <br /> and is located between North El Dorado Street to the east, North Center Street to the west, East Miner <br /> Street to the south, and commercial and governmental buildings to the north.
