(Terracon) has prepared this Work Plan to conduct a Limited Site Investigation (LSI) at the above-referenced site (Exhibit 1) on behalf of Premium California Orchards, Inc. A description of the project, scope of the LSI, and schedule are provided in the following sections. 1.0 PROJECT INFORMATION The property (hereinafter, the site) consists of an approximately 4,000-square foot (SF) portion of an approximately 46.78-acre parent parcel, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 250-160-11 located at 24427 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California (Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2). Terracon understands an underground storage tank (UST) or above ground storage tank (AST) may have been located on the site and being used as early as the 1950s. A shop building is also located in the immediate area of the suspected UST/AST. Based on information provided by the client and others associated with the property, the UST or AST likely contained gasoline. Terracon requested UST records on file with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD); however, the agency indicated there were no records identified. The ground surface of the area shown on Exhibit 2 consists of gravel. 2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of the proposed LSI includes the advancement of five 15-foot soil borings (SBs)for the collection of soil samples and one 50-foot soil boring completed as a temporary sampling well (TSW) for the collection of soil and groundwater samples.
