Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> MAIN STREET INVESTORS (CITY OF STOCKTON) <br /> 601 East Main Street, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this, Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> for the property located at 601 East Main Street, Stockton, California (site). The proposed <br /> scope of work includes the advancement of one (1) soil boring for the installation of a <br /> shallow groundwater monitoring well and two probe borings for the collection of grab <br /> groundwater samples. This work plan was prepared in accordance with directives in the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQB) letter dated <br /> 06 November 2018 (Appendix A). <br /> A map depicting the location of the site is included in Figure 1. A site plan is presented in <br /> Figure 2, depicting the proposed well and boring locations. An aerial view of the site is <br /> included in Figure 3. The estimated lateral extents of the adsorbed and dissolved impact <br /> are illustrated in Figures 4 through 6. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Based on results from site assessment activities, AGE proposes to advance one pilot soil <br /> boring for installation of a shallow groundwater monitoring well and two probe borings for <br /> collection of grab groundwater samples to define the lateral and vertical extent of <br /> dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon impact and calculate groundwater flow direction and <br /> gradient at the site. As part of this investigation, AGE proposes to perform one soil-vapor <br /> sampling event utilizing site wells VP-1 and VP-2. <br /> The proposed scope of work includes the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br /> • Pilot soil boring advancement and soil sample collection. <br /> • Monitoring well installation, development, and survey. <br /> • Groundwater sample collection. <br /> • Soil probe boring advancement for collection of soil and grab groundwater <br /> samples. <br /> • Performance of one additional round of soil-vapor sampling utilizing wells VP-1 <br /> and VP-2. <br /> • Report preparation. <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br />
